The GSO (Borderland South-East Water Association) operates the water supply system in Mureck (consisting of the wells Mureck I and II) since 01.01.2011 compliant with an agreement with the municipality of Mureck.
In order to determine the current condition of the two wells and to extend the hydrogeological knowledge on the groundwater field Mureck, Geoteam was engaged to draft a hydrogeological expert opinion on the water supply system of Mureck.
Activities:
- Presentation and assessment of the technical conditions of the wells
- Inspection of the wells and well field
- Presentation and assessment of the legal situation
- Evaluation of production data provided by the client (Monitoring)
- Statements on the regional and timely development of the groundwater based on data obtained from hydrographical measuring points
- General hydrogeological evaluation of groundwater resources
- Statements on a future groundwater use; development of a further investigation programme with cost estimate
